Played 36 holes at Bridport on the Jurassic coastline today. Beautiful sunshine, virtually no wind, course in excellent nick. The views are truly stunning, and to cap it all I managed 6th (out of 52) in the singles this morning and second in the greensomes this afternoon.

I'll be amazed if I get a better day to play golf this year - truly fabulous.
