Pedham Place Golf Course - Swanley, Kent

Anyone played there? Looks pretty good from the website and with a 2-4-1 its a tenner! OK so there's no clubhouse yet but the course looks reasonable and for that money it's worth a go.

A good course by all accounts, but other problems (like slow play and lack of etiquette) rear their ugly heads...

Playing it as a 'warm up' for Littlestone in the afternoon so off at 8.20am - hopefully the chavs will still be tucked up in beddy byes

If you've not played Littlestone before, you're going to love it. Should be in immaculate condition now we've had a bit of rain down here. Just hope and pray that the winds not up

I know Rob - Played in Feb this year in gale force winds - it was the only course open within 50 miles due to the snow we had......course was in great condition then loved it!

When the wind's blowing across the course, it's a really good test of golf. Great course and with 2-fore-1 it's a bargain.

Clubhouse is still being built (8 years on) so it's portacabins at present, which is the only let down.

Great practice facilities and a good par 3 course to loosen up.

Just don't expect much etiquette, as Rob says.

Actually there the day before Chartham Park so can let you know how the course is playing when I see you....unless you get there first!!
