Anyone got any experience of these?
My neighbour is looking to do a loft extension. We get on okay, and I don't want to make it any more awkward than it has to be but it looks like you have two choices; agree to it and sign any rights of control away (we lived through his ground floor extension), or dissent & get the surveyors in. I've got a letter from his surveyor & checked the website and I'm not too impressed by what I see which concerns me. looking to find an amicable way forward but avoiding subjecting myself to continuous weekend working or excessive access to my property.
I'd appreciate any practical input anyone can offer.
