one for the dog owners...

Not being a dog owner, I don't get it. It's just another irresponsible twit with a poorly trained dog. I see them ever time I play golf. They ceased to surprise me years ago.
 
Loved it. It also made me sad though as my black lab passed away last weekend after 9 fantastic years. The bit where his voice keeps rising reminds of just how headstrong labs are.
