We have some very dedicated followers of brands on here. Some more so than others.

Here's your chance to 'sell' your brand and convince the undecided why it's the best.

You know the kind of thing. Ping, Titleist, TM, Mizuno, Galvin Green, Pro-Quip, Sunice, Cross, Footjoy, Addidas, etc.

(Any entries will be forwarded onto the relevent brand for your comission ;))

M&S boxers, superb soft cotton, good level of support and wash well.

Recommended.

Enough pants!

MD Golf - not for any brand snob but make very good quality clubs at very affordable prices. Don't seem to have a tour presence which will restrict their mass appeal but for those who don't really care about being armed with Taylor Made or Titleist, their wallets are the winners!

MD for me too, more and more of my kit is branded MD, Its a local company and they don't make ridiculous claims, they just make decent kit.
56 degree vokey went to make room for a new MD a few weeks ago too, they have come a long way in my opinion.

For me, if I was recommending one brand it would be Benross. The quality of the components cannot be beaten, the clubs are superb, especially the woods and fairways and the few times I have emailed them they have been quick to respond. If I had to start my bag again I would have no qualms about filling it with Benross kit. I have also seen that they have and academy for up and coming golfers so good kit at low prices and they are giving something back to the game.

Callaway. If I can hold onto a 12 (and dip into singles now and again on a good day) playing no better than an 18, it's down to the most forgiving irons ever.

Don't forget a bit of conditioner as well. Not the cheap stuff, but the good stuff. Preferably with a hint of lavender.
Lavender? is that not supposed to aid sleeping? The last thing you want down there a sleeping giant!!!!!!!

For me it has to be Wilson Staff

There stuff in the last 3 years (since Paddy's victories) has got better and better! They accommodate for a huge range of player, unlike other brands, and the kit is top notch, without being the price of the bigger names.

This is why I have everything Wilson Staff.

I agree that perhaps, TM Drivers, Mizuno Irons, Titliest Wedges, are all better, but as a complete package they are up their with those names!

Plus, they update their irons and drivers at a reasonable pace, so my clubs that are 3 years old are actually the 2nd newest irons they have made.

E.G. They upgrade irons every two years.
Drivers every year, but each year is either round or square headed, so effectively every two years too!

I'm happy to agree with that.

Although my Ping K15 driver is slightly better than my Benross VeloCT.

The new quad range is looking pretty good, may have to give them a try. They have a new Voodoo shaft with a higher launch that may suit me better than the standard option

Interesting to hear the positive opinions on MD and Benross. We know what the big boys can do (I'm not talking boxers here guys) and all the stuff from the big names seems pretty good nowadays, so good to know the smaller brands can mix it with them. Both UK companies too.

What makes brand loyalty? Quality products, good designs, company ethos, who they sponsor, staff colours even? I like Mizuno (irons) and Callaway (woods) for all these reasons. But they also make stuff I don't like. Never been a great Ping fan (golf clubs should be shiny!) but I appreciate the quality of their stuff. Never really got into Taylor Made, they seem too big and brash nowadays, golf's equivalent of Starbucks. But again I know they produce some good stuff.

I'm sorry Maxfli have all but disappeared. Used to like their stuff. And Macgregor. Got a brand new set of v-foil 1025c's (e-bay bargain) awaiting my return to golf. Was hoping Greg Norman getting on board would revive them but he defected to TM. I agree that it's good to see Wilson back in the mix. Always made quality stuff and the new clubs look great.

Given they are big brands I'm surprised I don't see more people with Srixon, Bridgestone and Cleveland clubs. I know there are some on here who use them. I'd be interested to hear their views.

Ive always been a fan of both Mizuno and Titliest, mainly because the club design has always remained fairly clean looking and modern, with numbered names like 909f and mx-17 etc. the exact opposite of what in my opinion callaway and taylor made do, with club names like burner and diablo and with flame design.

Ill put my hands up and admit im yet to hit either the new tm burner or diablo, but its just a preconception.

Same reason why ive never hit a nike golf club. cant get it out of my head that theyre not a traditional golfing brand
