Odyssey stroke lab putter grip - Replacement

Hi folks, I have a Stroke lab #7 s putter and was thinking of changing the grip (just not happy with oversized grip). Will any standard putter grip be ok to use or is there a specific weight of grip I need to use? Cheers.

I know someone who bought a Strokelab putter and changed the grip to a Superstroke. Seemed to ruin the balance of the putter for him and he subsequently binned it. I tried it before he sold it and got on OK with it, in fact it was what prompted me to buy one. I'm happy with the original grip though.

Point of note for anyone else buying one, you cannot buy replacement grips from Callaway, they are not made available, only already installed when buying a putter.....

Standard grip will suffice.

Strokelab is counterbalanced from memory, just keep the weight in the butt and you'll be fine.

Do you know if the weight is built into the grip or inserted in the shaft itself?

Even if its in the grip cut it out. Usually just butt weights right enough
