Having purchased off the internet i was extremely pleased when the arrived as they looked even better in the flesh.They come in a range of colours and i purcheased the red,white and black model.After an initial rubbing they now fit perfectly after four ronds.The grip generated by the rubber spikes is very impressive,however in slightly wet conditions they tend to pick up too much debris and constantly need cleaning during the round.After the round they clean very easy with the air blowers and as they are not leather they only need a wipe with a damp cloth.On the downside the lace eyes are very weak and mine will need re-sewing as they have torn slightly already.All in all an impressive looking shoe for the summer,not so for the winter.

Not being funny but they don't sound great if the lace eyes are going already and they rubbed for four rounds.

I agree with the lace eye problems,however its an easy job to fix.As with rubbing it was only slightly and not all shoes fit perfectly straight away.

I know you are a big fan of FJ"S I was until i purchased a pair of classic,they split after only a few rounds so changed to Nike on the advive of a pro,one thing i have learnt is buying off the internet is a lottery,nothing is quite the bargain it seems.

I bought a pair of these last season but found they pinched my toes. Bit narrower than the AQL's. They were comfy on the heel though but I ended up selling them to a mate of mine after 3 rounds because to the "toe pinching".
He loves 'em though

I find all Nike and Puma shoes have a very narrow toe box which as Smiffy says "pinch yer toes!"

Yes they are narrow so it helps if you only have four toes

Just got some zoom eliteII from the pro shop at the gc, very comfy, going to hang fire till next season to use them I reckon though, had zoom elite before and they were awesome!

Took mine to the repair shop last week to have the lace eyes re-sewn and now they are fine so imo opinion a fantastic looking shoe and only £62 quid off ebay.
