I agree 4hrs 20 isn't particularly slow for the pros.
When I watch it the thing that annoys me is par 3 tee shots.
First player steps onto the tee with his caddy
Check Yardage book
Discuss for a few minutes
Take club out
Change mind get caddy back
Change club
Change back to original club

Gust of wind like an ant blowing on them, step off

Fair enough, their "routine" is theirs.
What really annoys me is that, in all that time, neither of the other players have assessed what club to hit etc so when the first guy steps off the tee blocks, the next one comes in with their caddy and repeats the whole thing.
Being ready when it's your turn should apply to the pros aswell for me.
