Great result and great effort saw all four secure European Tour cards. McIntyre and Law both battled bravely to secure their cards in the last tournament.

Great effort lads.

Marc Warren has so much natural talent but he definitely has something missing. Probably in the upstairs dept.

For many years he has only qualified for the tour with good end of season scores.
When he really pushes himself under pressure he seems to produce the goods.
I thought this year would be the same, but no.

Q School could be the kick up the bum that he needs as he is getting on a bit now

A further 7 Scots made it through second stage of q school today. So that makes a total of 11 Scots playing for cards in in final.

Looks like Scottish golf has a few players trying to make a name for themselves in the coming years. Will be interesting to see how they develop and who will challenge to be Scotlands number 1 golfer.

I had the pleasure of playing with Chris Law (David's brother) in back to back 36ers this summer, a topper of a bloke, and by all accounts so is David, so good luck to him. The tour needs more Aberdonians (y):p

Warren, Syme, Stewart and Ross made the cut at Q School, all have at least a full challenge tour card next year. Warren just 2 shots off the top 25 and ties, the rest have a lot of ground to make up.

Warren is on the periphery of things a solid round should be good enough. His experience will hopefully tell and certainly help him.

Very good golf by Warren. Duncan Stewart very unlucky.

Jeff Winther is a player, watched him a few times and he hits it long.

I was following this on the web this morning and saw Warren had a double bogey 5 on the 17th.
Thought, silly laddie he's blown it,
Just checked and he birdied the last to qualify.
Must have been a scoreboard error.
Warren drinking at the last chance saloon yet again.
Whit's he like eh.
