Tour Rookie
My current handset is the Sony Ericsson W910i. It's forever locking up, freezing and occassionally refuses to send or receive texts and a master reset is required for it to work again.
I've called them about this 2 or 3 times, been into a store and all they ever do is master reset it. Went into a 3 store again at the weekend who said i'd have to give it to them to send away and get fixed. I said, "here you go then, when will i get it back?". I was told that they couldn't take it at the weekend and i'd have to return to hand it in between monday and friday!!!!!!
that was the straw that broke the camels back!
