well after much dedate with myself to join up or not , it was the the selling point of a well known forum member who gave me the idea to join ,so here i am and thanks for the warm welcome

I am from Wishaw just outside motherwell and play my golf at Shotts with forum favorite Mandandra, yes he is a top bloke and who is responsible for me joining in

The hole I remember from there is the 3rd? Devils elbow. Cracking hole, carry the corner and then uphill to an elevated green. Nice.
It's that cold in Shotts that I hear that they throw snowballs at the Orange walk. Is that right?

the devils elbow is a great hole, yet to be conquered by myself tho, i have just recently moved to the coarse and still getting used to it but i not yet had the rare sighting of oranges havin a snowball fight
