The inconsistency of a 25 h/c
A few weeks ago whilst watching one of the USPGA tournament on TV the commentators were talking about a golfer who after 14 holes had only two par hole the other’s 12 holes were littered with birdies and bogies.
Well on Saturday I went one better. I had 8 holes were I scored 3 points, 6 holes were I scored 1 point, 3 holes were I blew out and just 1 hole were I managed to play the hole in Nett par. 32 points.
I hit 6 out of 13 fairways (46%) (missed 2 by about 2 feet)and had the impressive 2 out of 3 sand saves (67%). The one that I missed, well that took me 3 to get out of the bunker.
My yearly stat on sand saves is about 20% so its not like I am a bad bunker player.
Our track is considered quite difficult, but can I get the consistancy to tame it and improve my h/c, not yet but it wont beat me, well not yet any way.
