Neil Warnock sacked by Qpr

All over Sky Sports News now. I don't understand some of these sackings anymore. He's got his team promoted from the Championship and they are clear of the relegation zone (just)...Guess the Chairman / Board hope that the 'New Manager Affect' will help them, a-la Martin O'Neill. Sounds like Mark Hughes may be filling Warnock's shoes....

I wonder whose fault it will be this time??

An anagram of neil warnock

Colin W***er :) :)

Been rumoured since yesterday , yer man tony fernandez or hernandez or what ever his name is has been dropping hints , strange decision , dont like the *** but he deserved a chance for the season .. he wasnt the chairmans selection tho he was apointed by the previous chairman, decision made now so new man can use the transfer window to best effect ..

Can't stand the guy! A bit harsh suppose as I've never met him but I get the impression watching him on interviews and hearing him on the touch line he's a horrible guy.

Still not into all this sacking managers malarkey after a few poor results, you gotta give them time and support.

Never cared much for Warnock but don't feel he deserved this treatment...

Hughes walked away from Fulham hoping for better things...

No dis-respect to QPR but they are hardly a step up from Fulham...

His recent tirade against Robin vanPersie left many 'puzzled'... Think it just proved he was in over his head managing a premier league team...

Seems harsh even by football standards but personally I won't miss him on the TV - never fails to irritate !

I didn't like him much until he took over my mob, Crystal Palace, and then changed my opinion completely.

Can't stand Colin, Championship manager at best. Twice in the Premier league, first time relegated with Sheff United, and now sacked with QPR, but he will still think he should be in charge of one of the top 6 teams.

Can't understand it myself. Got them back into the PL and granted they have had a bit of a slump and slid down the table but surely it isn't panic stations time yet. I find it hard to work out how clubs expect to get decent performances on a regular basis when there is such a merry go round. Look at Everton as an example. They've not had a great start but Moyes has been there years and has been through this before and always turned it around because he has been given the time to do so.

I'm not a fan of Warnock and the way he moans about refs etc but I do think this time he's been a bit hard done by. As for Hughes, as a Fulham fan it was abit of a left field decision and it depends on who you talk to as to the reasons why he left. Certainly it seemed he thought the grass was greener and its funny how no-one came in for him. I think Jol (providing he gets the time) will get rid of some of the older players on the big salaries and rebuild. Whether we'll be good enough and have enough depth to stay up as he does it is the big question

A sacking that was always coming. He was lucky he started the season to be honest. These big time charlie owners want instant results for the current and future investments and want it from a glamorous 'name'. Colin W isn't one of those names.

Do I feel sorry? Nah. He's a cu :sbox:

No money at ours tho homer , thats why expectation is low . if someone came in with big bobs to back us & the results stayed the same it would be interesting , i hope money does come in but a footballing fans money not an arabs toy money ...
