Motore F3 80 gram

Hi all

Anyone used this Shaft?

Seen a very cheap one on Ebay and was considering giving it a blast.

Have hit an R9 super tri with the F1 shaft and it went a country mile. Curious how it would compare?

Also (a real long shot) curious how it would compare to a Miyazaki JDL?

I believe Oddsocks has/had this shaft in his woods.

I think the F1 is lower launching than the F3 from memory. No idea on the Miyazaki comparison though.

I have the F3 in my hybrid, but the heavier version. Nice shaft, pretty stout, I had it to go alongside the F1 in driver and 3 wood and has always worked well, its outlasted those in my bag. As a driver shaft I think it was supposed to be a bit higher launch and spin than the F1 (which were pretty much as low as they come). If its cheap give it a go!

The f3 is a high launch spin version of the f1. Out of interest you said its 80g, is this going in a hybrid, fairway or a driver? I have the 65g in driver and 3w, but the 80g hybrid was like a scaffold pole.

Its the 80g Driver shaft.

To be honest the weight is putting me of slightly. I swing fast enough (107 average on the track man) but not sure if i could load this shaft properly. I do get lots of feel through my current JDL, even if it feels a bit wobbly

I have just spotted a very cheap Matrix Red Tie 6q3........

I know the black tie is a cracker so am scratching my chin now

I only swing at 105/106 and load the 65g about right, with the same swing speed as you I'd be worried about the weight,
