Moto GP

Pit stops are a fundamental part of F1 and always have been. Also interesting that the highly skilled moto gp riders have access to a number of driver aids that are banned in f1 as they remove a degree of skill from the driver

Actually the introduction last year of "control" electronics is designed to level things up compared with when teams could use their own electronics.

Compulsory pit stops may have been part of F1 for some time now but I am glad that other than occasionally for weather conditions they do not form part of Motogp racing.

As far as the Constructors' Championship they are OK but a bungled pit stop could cost a race victory and thus determine the Drivers' Championship

When he is properly fit I will be very interested to see if Lorenzo can consistently get closer to Marquez than Pedrosa managed in the last couple of years.

It has seemed that the Honda may not have been the best bike and Marquez has been Champion despite rather than because of his machine.

Sausages to Lorenzo's chances...

Cal wasn't that far behind Marc last time out... Hoping to see him upset the apple cart as many times as possible this season...

Sadly, as he's a local lad and I would absolutely love it if he were to challenge for the title, I can't help but think that Cal crashes and gets injured too often.

Hope he can prove me wrong.

What a shocking decision by the stewards today to call a jump start on Cal. They took out of the equation the only other rider who could have come near to Marquez today.

Fair to say he was robbed...

As were we... As it could've been a bit more exciting, a watch, at the pointed end...
Great race between Valli and Dovi mind (y)(y)(y)...
