I have a brand new (hit 1 ball) mizuno 4 driving iron with stiff graphite shaft. It is the 2009 model so just wondering what you think it is worth

No no, it is the utility irons that come in either 21, 24 or 27 deg
With a graphite shaft, I would say a tenner. Not many peple would be in the market for one of them matey.

I will stick with it then. It will be worth even less because the sweetspot has already been used

What model is it? Is it like a fli-hi thing? it might have some value, some players love this type of club.

I asked for a regular as i prefer regular in shorter graphite clubs but they sent me stiff and just wanted to see if i could sell it off. will give it a bash tomorrow

pete....if you asked for something/bought it and they sent you something different, you are within your rights to send it back.
Anyway, with your swing speed you shouldn't be messing around with anything regular anyway.

My irons, driver and 3 wood are all stiff and hit them well. I don't want to send it back as there aren't many left of the 2009 model and don't have the money to fork out £90 for a 2010 model.
to be honest i don't think i will ever buy anything from the shop i bought from took them over 1 week to deliver so don't want to have to wait another 2 weeks for something that may not be as good for my swing.
