Magazine's late.....

After BigSlice's comments about the new mag on Monday I was expecting mine...

Fragger got his Monday, mine's not arrived yet.
I know it's at the mercy of the Post but it shouldn't take 3 days extra to travel 14 miles should it..?

Always my favourite issue of the year, The Open preview, with a superb course guide for Royal Lytham St Annes as a freebie. Great to have with you when watching on the telly. Looks like some great articles too. Must't read it all at once.

I never get that excited to be honest. I subscribe, but don't really read it all that much. Just a quick flick through and if I see any particular items of interest it will catch my attention but other than that not really interested.....

Nothing to upset me Jezz. I'm not a great reader to be honest. I tend to pick up a magazine (any magazine) and just skim through it. If I see an article of particular interest whilst "skimming" I will read that and then put the mag down, picking up again at a later date and having another quick look through. I've never been one for reading anything cover to cover mate. Don't worry. I won't cancel my subscription!!! Lol!

With regards Cooden, I still haven't heard anything back from Keith Wiley, the manager. I know that he is busy with it being their centenary this year, but he did "earmark" the 13th August for a match. I emailed him on the 9th May to see if there was any news, but as I say, haven't heard back from him yet. He's cutting it a bit fine now to be honest. Only about 8 weeks to go to sort something out. I may well give him a call next week. But I don't want him to think I'm pestering him.
