Macmillan longest day - tomorrow

Hi all

Me and my mate are taking on 72 holes tomorrow raising money for Macmillan Cancer support.

I cannot tell you how excited we both are that the big day is nearly here, I just hope the predicted lightning storms aren't accurate.

If anyone feels particularly strongly about the charity please feel free to sponsor us.

Good Luck!! I've done the muscular dystrophy one a couple of times which is over 4 different course rather than the same track 4 rounds.
You'll have a laugh and probably find you play your best stuff 3 rounds in....

Evening all just got home.... an excellent day despite the humidity and roasting hot conditions.

We teed off at 5:20 am and had completed 36 holes by 10:15. An enforced 2 hour delay ensued due to a society booked in. teed off at 12:36 for round 3.... which took 4 hours and the final round started at 4:45 and we finished at 7pm.

Par for our course is 72.
I scored 84, 90, 90,83 =347
My mate scored 85,86,87,89 = 347

Nothing to split us!

Can't wait for next year!!
