loose impediment or movable obstruction - ruling needed

My course floods regularly when the river rises above the flood bank. After a flood about 10 years ago, the water had subsided and we found a pike still struggling in about 18" of water in a flooded bunker. It was returned to the river.

I thought I should mullet over before answering - I'd be gutted if I got it wrong.

Loose impediment assuming it's dead. Rulefan's live pike was an outside agency.

There you are then - you loin something new every day.

My excuse is I'm going stir crazy there's too much stirring going on. Even if I could get out to play some golf I wouldn't know where to stand.

Perhaps some new terminology is needed , we have a par a birdie a eagle a albatross . A hook is called a salmon, a slice is called a ----, a thin is called a----, a skied is called---. etc, of course you now lift and plaice. Any more????
