Looking For a Book: Every Shot Must Have a Purpose

I'm looking to get hold of this book as I've heard it's worth a read. 12 quid on Kindle seems a bit steep though and I can't find a cheap copy on Ebay either. Anyone got a copy and be willing to send it to me for a couple of quid and postage? Cheers.
