Keegan Bradley Calories burnt

I play and carry and it burns way over 1,000 calories. As someone said burning calories is one thing but it's not the same fitness as going for a fast 45 minute run or going for a 2 hour cycle ride. Golf alone will lose you weight if you play a lot and eat well, but it won't make you super fit. Although certain courses will help if you've got a lot of hills! Best to combine golf with running/cycling/rowing and weights.
