Just got brand new Taylormade Burner 3 wood 2010 model £19

Just been to AG to collect my nice new TM Burner 3 wood!

Managed to find a 2007 model burner 3wood on fleebay. But it had a crack down a groove on the clubface. No other bidders so i won for £19.

I rang TM and they said take it to any stockist and theyll send it back and see what they can do. Got the phonecall from AG today saying that they have replaced it with a brand new 2010 Burner 3 wood and its ready to collect!

Naughty but if you can do it and get away with it then go for it. I really need to think about changing my 3 wood as I'm losing confidence everytime I take it out of the bag. I even drop it regularly and add an extra wedge but it becomes a necessity on several holes in the summer when driver runs into trouble

Ah, but they don't. I could buy a broken shafted Callaway club tomorrow, phone Callaway and drive down there to exchange it.
They take most people on their word. If too many people start employing this, eventually it will be £50 etc.
