I was going to do the same with cassettes but last week the last one of my cassette players bit the dust.

One of my most annoying things from years ago ago I still have some reel to reel tapes which have live music on (Pink Floyd Dark Side before it was released on record, it does not have any saxophone in). My parents sold the reel to reel deck before I could copy them to cassette.
