havent got any info on that particular set.

my friends dad bought a set of john letter irons and a bag about 10 years ago now.

Although he got rid of the irons about 2 years ago for a better quality set to try and get his handicap down. The bag is still in use and he regulary plays about once a week, so is well used.

On the basis i would say there good quality and much better than any cheep rubbish such as Howson or progen.

Good luck
Liam

Seems a little expensive to me when you can get a Ram beginners set for £149 if you shop around. Ram aren't a big brand but why spend big brand money as a beginner?

Buy a cheaper set, see if you take to the game and then if so move onwards and upwards to the quality world of custom fitted Cobra equipment! Ha Ha, got another Cobra plug in!

Hmmm, never been impressed myself.

Benross combos are £229, there are some Taylor Made RACs around for silly money (at online), and I feel sure you could get some quality second hand stuff for £100-150.
