JamGolf website

Jam golf is a pucka web site. They work a little different from normal sites. They dont hold stock as such. They sell on behalf of all the small pro shops through out the country. imagine all of the driverd lying on dusty shelves in remote golf shops. They contact jam golf and they sell their stuff. I baught a r9 super tri from there and they informed me it will be arriving next day from a pro shop in north scotland. But yes, its a ledgit site

used them twice, they are really good price & delivery wise.

Some of their linked deals on balls etc are good also. I'd look at using them over pretty much anyone else on the web

I've used a few times without any bother.
A group of pro shops selling through a website decent price good delivery all genuine anything you likely likely go for it without worry from these guys.

Thought I'd just mention that I read the reviews from a few threads on here.
Went ahead and ordered a stay dry Titleist bag. Only £45. Bargain, hurry Kat in stick it said. So, quickly parted with the cash. When alas by email confirmation was for a lesser bag. Credit to them they've offered a refund. But fir them to claim I ordered a bag at a price unavailable online when I clearly have a screen print of their sales prices (only one bag at £45) was a bit rich Imo.

Shan't use again. No point looking for a bargain that doesn't exist!

that's poor form at least you had full refund but doesn't cover the disappointment of not getting the bag you ordered

I understand the lack of order fulfilment of in honest. But I was threatened with slander when I mentioned I'd share my story. And their insistence that I ordered the wrong ball (I've photographic proof) this isn't the case. Shame as they're response had been swift. But they've lost a customer wth me.

Ordered a Callaway hybrid with head cover & wrench late (i.e. bedtime) on the 28th of September. Card through the door on the 30th to say it was at the Post Office. Collected it on the 1st; hybrid & head cover, no wrench. Email to them on the 1st (a Saturday), response on the 3rd apologising & promising to send it on, card through the door on the 4th, collected today (5th).

Goods as described;exactly.
Delivered promptly; extremely (sub 48 hours on a free postage deal)
All there; no
Swiftly corrected; absolutely.

Whilst the error shouldn't have happened, it did, we all make them, they stood up, apologised & rectified it. You could say that some ways that tells you more than a straightforward transaction does.

Would I use them again? Certainly.
