ive booked the golf & spa

hi,,i posted an earlier question wanting idea's on were to have a round of golf while the wife gets pampered with the detox body wrap she as picked & after doing some research we have picked Formby Hall to have a relaxing night away

great value for money you get one round of golf
one hour spa treatment (the choice of four things)
Bed & breakfast
2 course meal


Full use of swimming pool,,,sauna,,,gymnasium,,,foot spa,,,steam room & tranquility room to relax with heated loungers

the room is ready from 3pm & leave by 11am the following day

to make the most of hower time they allowed me to book an earlier Tee time 12.04pm the same day on arrival


all of this for £138 total (£69 each)

The second option we was going to do was stop in a hotel Bed & breakfast 3 course meal in YORK & walk around york sight seeing for £130

i think weve picked the right one ,,,,these prices dont include travel costs

Looking forward to it might behable to talk the wife into being my caddie for the round

I played Formby Hall this summer for the first time and absolutely loved the course. Bit of a weird one as it has pot bunkers like a links course but loads of ponds and carries over water aswell. An unusual mix but I really enjoyed the course.
