Some kind person is sending spam emails through my account.
I've changed my password so hopefully that will stop it.

The thing about passwords, is that most if not everyone on the web, has at least half a dozen accounts for varying forums, email accounts, shop loggins etc... and due to the many accounts most people use the same password, which is generally between 6 and 8 characters, which to make them memorable are birthdays, wives name, pets name, childrens name, favourite football/Rugby/Cricket club, favourite manufacturer of car/motorbike/sporting equipment and are usually dervived from the same character set, normally alphabetical.

To make passwords more secure don't use one, use a pass phrase instead. Rather than use you pets name, skippy or $k!ppy, use a pass phrase like Alw4y$Thr33offtheT33! increasing the character set to include all ASCII characters, thats alpha numerical and the characters along the top of the numbers, makes the password harder to guess.

And don't visit dodgy porn sites
