Finally my MP-32 set is complete :whoo:

I've just collected my 4 iron from a chap selling through fleabay in my lunch hour.

Got me thinking.

You used to be able to grab some right bargains through second hand sites, such as eBay, GolfBidder, UsedPing etc, but not so much these days!

Is it me or have these gone stupidly expensive of late?

You think that's good, when I was at home at the weekend I saw my brothers old clubs - Mizuno TP-18s. Went on ebay and there's a guy on ebay flogging his for a Buy it Now of £200! Can't imagine he'll have any takers at that can you?!

The MPs are a lovely looking club, hopefully some day I'll get to the stage where I think about blades but I'm very happy with my G15s right now. My 4 iron is my go-to club from distance so hopefully you'll find this better than the hybrid. I keep thinking about changing the 3 iron for a hybrid though as it doesn't get much use (only off the tee).

You see my dilemma

I was looking at the 3 iron earlier, but like my Fli-Hi too much :D .

I was even looking at the MP-32, 2 iron........ Purely for show :whoo:

:D I was hitting Bob's 2 iron at the weekend. It's got a scaffold pole for a shaft! Impossible to get any height on it, I can imagine it would be perfect for links golf!

Your eye will soon grow tired of the Fli-Hi 3 iron when you've been looking down on your streamline 32's for a week (the reason I got rid of my fli-hi 2)

Nice one Gareth , beautiful clubs aint they .. look at the sig below !!

Aztecs what are the equivelent of these new currently on the market? , i know you know Mizzy inside out ..

my mp 32s came 2-pw though don't carry the 2 in comps, had a hit with it last night the first time for ages and got me thinking, how nice a club it is when i'm swinging well.

I'll stick with the clk 17 deg hybrid for now much easier;)

If you think you got a bargin, mine were £125 and 2,3,4,5 irons had hardly been touched the shop had sold them to an 18 handicapper and he couldn't hit them so traded in for something a bit easier to hit!!

OOps ;)

To be fair i think the 32 are more forgiving than my 62's.

Funny you should mention that, I did catch a 7 iron a little thin playing out of a hazard at Wychwood Park..........

When my fingers stopped vibrating I could finally crack a smile :D

Wait until that happens with the 4 or 3 iron. You should re-gain feeling sometime around Christmas.
