Does anyone else drink redbull or relentless etc before they play? Does it really make you more focused or is it all in my head?

Love the taste of red bull and relentless, but don't drink it to keep me awake, not sure it has a massive effect to be honest. Only buy if it's on discount, as it is too expensive also
