A plain forwad pass there that ma dead great gran could have seen and the *** was crying the ref had made a balls of it....as I said an utter *** who should not be allowed on our screens...total and utter knobend.

As an Englishman even I find his completely biased comments and constant whingeing a pain the the arse. Sadly the BBC have no commentators of note for rugby anymore and their whole coverage is desperate. I wish Sky had the rights.

Lads the use of the word *** is barely acceptable in OOB, if you must use these words can you at least have the sense to keep it out of the thread title as it shows up when clicking "new posts". More and more kids are using these forums for advice etc they don't need to see it.

And yes, Brian Moore is more than a little biased!

You know that and so do I, there are more eloquent ways of describing him and other ex players who couldn't commentate/sum up a match.
If you are at castle Stuart and hear a guy effing in the carpark it'll probably be me fella (I'm far from perfect on the cursing stakes), throw away moments, the forum is longer lasting than that and folks will still see it long after the dust had settled on the initial comment.

it's a matter of opinion, to a scot both are much of a muchness slang wise but i know other areas of the UK see *** as a hell of a lot stronger swearword.
As I said before, this is a free forum for us to discuss golf etc, if gm thought it had stopped being an asset to the magazine, it could be pulled easily enough.
We'll leave it there as these arguments never achieve anything.

Not the biggest....he runs that awful bird that appears now on the football on 5 Live and sometimes MOTD a close second though....it's bad enough the BBC make every presenter have an 'accent' now but wimen doing football!!!
