I've been working very hard the last 18 months on rebuilding my swing, trying to turn a persistant and mainly uncontrollable slice/cut into something productive! The aim was to have an iron swing that was consistent and hopefully produced a subtle draw.

When I started doing the drills, I couldnt hit my hat, regularly turning in 15-20 points, even on easy courses. It was demoralising. However, I perserved, knowing that hopefully it was all going to come good...

...and now, I am hitting the ball really well! Long, consistent and with a draw! The slice has gone from being roughly 90% there, to about 5%. Custom fit clubs as well as decent pro lessons have really helped. However, it's not perfect and on viewing my swing, there is still some work to do.

Below, I've three irons videos, that show PW, 6i and 3i strikes. You can see strong elements of my old swing as the irons get longer - outside the line takeway, leading to a Matt Kuchar/John Daly style swing as the backswing goes to top etc. However, it's far better than it was and I'm able to return the club very well. But the perfectionist in me wants to fix the backswing and is my target to do over the winter.

With this in mind, I would like some good advice/pointers/drills to help further improve my swing! Many thanks!

Can't comment on the swing as i've no idea, but the ball looks too far forward in your stance on all 3 vids... IMO
