Insanity!

I have done it a few times now and love it , at the moment I am on week 6 of T25 , I would not say it is easier , you still sweat your bits off and get decent results.
In T25 Tania , is doing it but has just had kids so she modifies each exercise (it is still ducking hard though)
Both the dvds are very good, not new ideas but have been done very well, the only thing I would say is that if your knees are done in then I would not be attempting it.

Good, I've finally found my excuse.
 
I have a slot in the Great North Run next year (for chariday mate) so I'm looking to get fit again.
My mate sent me a kind of interval workout a few years ago which was great, lots of home core strength exercises and those "run 30 seconds, rest 20" kind of things.
Need to crack on with it again and get into some form of shape before my gut explodes over my trousers :o
