Injury Causing Toe Hits?

Can a torn right rotator cuff cause one to hit shots off the toe? I severely injured my right shoulder two years ago. It has healed a bit, but my ortho doctor says the only thing that will fix it is a total replacement.
Since I'm 69 he recommended that I forgo surgery and rehab with physical therapy. I'm getting by OK, but my golf swing has begun to deteriorate. My misses are frequent toe hits. Does anyone have a similar problem and if so can you suggest a way to alleviate or minimize the problem.

Firstly, what is the ball flight like, straight , left to right or r-l?

My toe hits are weak and go out to the right.

I don't have a current video of my swing. I guess I should do that sometime soon.
