Inbetweener's movie

Saw it last night and it was funny. It didn't quite live up to the series but they made a good fist of it and it didn't disappoint.

I'd still have rather they did another series than the movie.

Ok if you like third rate toilet humor.

You're kidding right ?

I have a teenage son, (just 18), and I think its an absolutely classic portrayal
of teenage angst/frustration/naievety/humour/lust !!

Some of the series was so funny it hurt, but I guess you need to have a teenage mindset to appreciate it !

I do :D

Thoroughly recommended, the missus & I cringed and pissed ourselves in equal measure

It deffo brightened my mood on Sat afternoon after playing absolutely murder in the Medal on Sat morning...

Playaaaaasssss !!!!

Not the movie, but just watched the whole of the third series back to back, and my sides hurt from laughing. Not sure whether it was the fashion show or the motorcycle that creased me up the most. :D :D

Spot on, and me too!

Realyl enjoyed it. If you watch it for what it is it's very funny.

Not the end I was expecting either.

Highly recommend if you like the TV series, if you didn't don't bother and if you haven't seen it on TV watch at least the first series first.

I saw the film last night - it was good.

However........

The quick fire banter that is evident in the TV series was missing from the film. I love the banter and I really missed it.

I think they could have done a lot more with the cast/location, etc - I think they missed a trick there.

It's a funny film with some good bits in it but I'd wait for it to come out on DVD if I'm being honest.

Just seen this (it was sold out the other week) and I would agree that it is a solid 7/10. Some really funny moments but it felt a bit stretched. I felt that it could have been done in an hour TV special as opposed to a full film. Worth a watch though and the high points are up there with some of the best parts of the TV series.

Going back to an earlier comment, I did end up watching Planet of the Apes the other week (this was sold out and cinema only has 2 screens). I really enjoyed, stayed true to the films that followed with some nice nods to the Charlton Heston original. Personally I would say it was well worth seeing and the CGI for the apes is stunning.
