I had put my Callaway 1.5 mini driver in the garage some while ago and yesterday did a swap with a guy who was looking for one. He had a Titleist D2 with an Aldila Rogue Siver stiff shaft, a Ping G Draw bias) driver and a Callaway XR driver - genuine and unmarked- a real serial club changer (with the financial ability to be one)

I chose the Titleist and we just did a swap - what would you have chosen?

I paid £20 for a proper fitting this morning We decided d4 setting and I got my clubhead speed on GC2 up to 98 mph, smash factor of 1.48 and managed a 270 yard drive !

I took it to Littlestone (a Open Qualifying links course) and boomed it (except 2 poor drives) so I'd say a really good swap!

Love mine Chris, cracking deal I'd say😃

Generally it doesn't go further than my Callaway x2 hot driver but the feel at impact is really solid and on the GC2 the dispersion was much tighter. I think I might play a scratch singles match on Friday at my place and if it still performs it'll join me for Sunday's comp!

It's the dispersion that sells it for me, I went from the 913 to the 915, distance has increased a little bit, but biggest improvement is FIR's. Once fitted at B2 I left it alone, knowing that that was the setting I got fitted for.

Absolutely Paul. I'm certainly looking forward to the next few rounds to see what it does in a serious game

Crazy swapping any of the drivers for a mini driver (aka a 3 wood that is hard to hit off the deck).

I would probably have taken the Ping but the others are top clubs.

I saw the thread title and saw who posted it and assumed you'd done the sensible thing and dumped Crystal Palace in favour of Manchester United, the F A Cup winners .

Of all the posts in all the world this one ^ has to be the most impossible likelihood ever!!

You stupid boy!

I agree Ken, but he did have 3 brand new drivers in his bag but hit the mini driver better!
