Hybrid or 3 Iron

Hated my hybrid. If you flush the 4i try to find a 3i to match on ebay to try, as can be seen from my sig I couldn't match to my irons but it's still better than my rescue ever was

My 4 iron is the same loft as the 3 from your set and its one of my favourite clubs, that being said I've had a bat with the g25 hybrid and its very easy to hit.if you prefer irons you may want to look at an iron style hybrid.

3 iron all day, hybrids are for girls and old people

For me it's what ends up on the card not what's in the bag.
This has been a dilemma for me, and yes it is probably between the ears. I hit a regular 3 iron off the tee fine but off a tight lie in honesty it's a struggle. So a good many years ago I went over to a hybrid for my 3 Iron, I had a Cleveland Halo and loved it. As we all do I threw the odd wild one in every now and then but on the whole was very confident and happy with it. 2011 brought new 910 driver and 5 wood and stupidly a 21 deg Hybrid to match, worse still sold my Halo to a mate who already had the 4 Iron Halo.
I couldn't hit that club with any kind of consistency even after 12 months of trying, far too many bad shots and only one flight, low and running. So that was replaced by the Adams Super S Idea hybrid, once again nothing like the Cleveland (so, so shouldn't have sold it) so that's in the utility now. Today I have had my new Cleveland Classic Hybrid delivered (very similar head to the Halo) so I am hoping the shaft suits me and it's back to the good old days of confidently striking my 3 Iron as and when required .
