How to sell a house next to a golf course?

Hi,
I'm trying to help my parents sell their house - its main selling point is that is is 1/4 mile from the Rolls of Monmouth Golf Course. Does anyone know of any golf magazines/websites etc that have sections for advertising houses for sale?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes. I don't think there are specialist publications for desirable properties next to golf courses.

If it's a regular house, try a local agent. If it a special property attractive to the "upper end" of buyers then there are national firms working in this area of property.

The proximity to what is a good course should make it an interesting proposition....

If I was looking to buy a house, I wouldn't buy a Golf Magazine.
