How many

4 disabled bays but none for anything else, we all pay the same so 1st come 1st served as they say but there is always space somewhere.

We have the usual six or seven ,but we also have a space which you can win for six months in our centenary draw.

Seems to attract more interest in the draw than the usual cash prizes.

Bob the reason there lined out diagonally is that its much easier to reverse out of them into the flow rather than the straight ones you'll find that you have more room to swing...
Also in our club the traffic coming between the parking space can only drive one way which actually promotes you to drive into the spaces and reverse out...Simples :D

Thats like my volvo Smiffy but my theory on it is that i own my Volvo and it owes me nothing......
Plus all those fancy cars you see at yours are more than likely owned by the banks that lent those people the loans......
Live within your means and you'll always be happy :D

When I first visited Ascot I was intrigued to see a massive great white circle painted 40 yards short and to the left of the first green with a big white "H" in the middle of it.
I thought it was the helicopter landing pad.
I was told it was to indicate where Homer usually puts his first tee shot.
;)

40 yards short and left? I thought that was a pond......is it now a helipad?
Things are moving in the right direction there, I'll park my chopper there next time.
(do they allow retro bicycles?)

I have a helipad at the bottom of my garden......or so it would seem, someone lets them land there. I wonder if the next one could drop me off at the range.

Funnily enough I was in said pond last weekend in the pairs event. Hywel wasn't overly impressed. Still made birdie at the next to show bouncebackability.

Don't worry Smiffy I've had a word with the greenkeeper and he'll mow an area about 100 yards short of the fairway on every tee as I know at your age length has gone. I can even arrange some bright coloured balls to help Mr Magoo

With fighting talk like that I take it we're having that match for a tenner at long last then Martin?

As much as I love Bearwood Lakes, I think their car park is crap. Too many posh cars for my liking. My Escort always looks out of place...

:o :o :o :o :o :o

And you can't always find your car anyway - always hiding behind bushes. But there was some serious metalwork in the car park when I was there.
