How many clubs have / need their own water supply?

We've a borehole which meets all our irrigation needs , alas no idea what it cost to sink or how much it costs to run.

We have a borehole and are allowed to extract x litres per year after which we pay per litre used, after much discussion we have now built our own reservoir, we harvest water from various points and pump it into the reservoir, we are in about our 3rd year with it now. From memory I think the overall cost was around £100K which was partly funded from reserves + a small cash call from the members.

But being in Wales we get s smidge of rain now and again do not used much!
