Thats good to know it takes that long. I had thought mines had went missing, just hadn't had a chance to call to chase it up.
Have to say you would have thought it would be straightforward to get the next issue after subscribing if you had signed up online. They certainley were quick enough to take the cash from my card!

Got to admit, I thought I'd be getting the April edition through the door after subscribing ages ago.......bit miffed I had to spend £4.10 in the shop when I realised it wasn't going to happen.....

To be honest I really do think that they need to get their backside in gear at the sales/subscription department. They are dam well quick enough to take the money out of your account, yet they take an age to set you up or even send you an email confirming details.
Simple business sense is to keep the customer informed and feel valued, not debit the money ASAP then do nothing for weeks.
It doesn't detract from the magazine or effect the quality its just poor customer service.
