Hi Newbie here and my first golf forum! Ive decided in 2012 to get back into the game I once loved,I started playing in 92 and loved the game playing 3 times a week, watching golf on tv,reading golf books and caddying on the european seniors tour.Three years after taking the game up I managed to get down to an 7 handicap with consistant high 70`s rounds.Thing is I couldnt get any better and found it very fustrating and my game started to suffer.I stuck with the game for another 15 years, having lessons hitting thousands of range balls but could never get back to my best,I went from a 7 to hitting rounds in the 90`s which I do to this day.I fell out of love with the game but it was always "there".My golf mind set totally changed and I even started thinking what is the point in hitting a little white ball across a field!.In the last 2 years I have played just twice.
Guess some of you guys have been in the same situation and I wonder if you still enjoy the game even thou you dont play as well as you once did.I feel I need just one good round to get the golfing bug back again...
Cheers
