Been playing for about 3 years and my Handicap is slowly coming down, I was 18.7 on Sunday morning but won the May Medal in the pouring rain and very windy conditions with 5 under so depending on the par for the day i could be as low as 17.2 i think.
As for the Refereeing I am a level 5, Senior County Ref, also an Assessor & Mentor and travel around the South West with 3 Youth Refs Monthly (including my Son) bringing them up to Level 7. ;0)
