Help with swing.

Any advice on my swing? I know there is a lot wrong with it. Just looking to improve my game after playing causally for many years. I’m ready to get better. I’m around a 16 handicap. Most of my iron shots go left. They seem to be the Correct distance with what feels like a nice strike. Just 10-50 yards left of the green. The ball does fly straight. Divot is usually going left even when I hit the ball straight. Pictures are best I could do. It wouldn’t let me upload video for some reason.

Well, I'm no expert, but in the "impact" photo of the from behind shots, your right shoulder has been thrown pretty much over the ball, where it should at least feel like it's under your chin. You're casting the club, so the only likely outcome is either attempting to correct it with your hands, meaning a weak strike straight or right, or it's going left. Always.
The club head should be below the steeper line throught the downswing.
Your belt buckle (or where it would be if you wear one) should be making its way to the target way ahead of your arms. On the face on shot at impact, your hips look like they haven't moved, meaning no body turn really. Not good. At impact, your lower body should pretty much be facing the target.

Thank you for you input. This at least gives me something to work on. I thought my hips were a problem. Just didn’t know if that would be cause of going left.
