As computer was starting, I press ALT and F10, this basically restores the computer back to how it was the day I bought it.

With a price ticket hanging off it of £12.7s.6d?

You couldn't buy a V-easy for that!

I always find the best protection from viruses is not to download from untrusted sites and open spam attachments, always scan file first.

Sorry, I misread this posting and thought that you wrote "sperm attachment" - isn't that where the virus comes from in the first place!

For future reference, most trojans and viruses embed themselves in the system restore folder so will just reappear when you restart your pc or do a system restore.
If this happens, start your pc in safe mode (press F8 at startup, choose safe mode from options), turn off system restore (system-system restore tab), then run all the relevant anti virus-trojan removal tools. Then restart your pc, then restart system restore.
