Help For Heroes Auction item 8: 1 iron by Bob Harrison of Leven, Scotland

this was donated by Crow but we forgot to auction it on the night.

It's a #1 iron made by Bob Harrison who was an apprentice in 1936 when he started working at JR "Johhny" Carstairs of Leven.

If you've ever wanted to emulate our hero Bobmac, (and lets face it who hasnt?), then this club is a must for you. It's fitted with an Appollo AP35 R shaft with an Avon Monarch grip.

For those who didn't see it, it's the real deal!
I tried it at the range but it needs a better player than me to hit it well, would make a great practice club to hone your ball striking skills.

Possibly one for Bomber69, isn't he a memeber at Leven and a strong advocate of irons over hybrids?
