Help! Ball goes right when i swing

Hello, I use to hit the ball straight get it relatively close to my target, but for some reason every time i hit the ball/take a swing the ball goes of right ( away from facing the ball) it hooks of that way straight away. I do not feel any different when i swing.

I can not work out why and it is very annoying. So i am wondering if anyone has any ideas why this could be happening ?

Can I ask if you're left or right handed?

I suspect your clubface is pointing to the right at impact.
Whats your grip like?

Why not post a video of your swing. It'll make it a lot easier for the swing gurus to give you a definitive answer
