Just to confirm the full amount raised from the day at Blackmoor including gift aid was £8008.75. Our running total is just under £190,000. Not too shabby.

Thanks to everyone that supported the day, very much appreciated.

Due to personal circumstances including arranging our daughters wedding next September, Vicky and myself wil not be able to arrange next years event. We are hoping that a forummer or two will volunteer to take the day over, perhaps playing in a different part of the country? We will happily pass on details of all our contacts to help the day run smoothly.

If you would like to get involved please drop me a pm. It would be great to get the running total through the £200,000 barrier.

I've made enquiries at Centurion & Brocket Hall, but both were unusually slow in responding before saying regretably they were unable to help. Haven't approached Gog Magog yet. I'll give you a buzz over the weekend to discuss. Happy to help, but unable to offer the time Richard put into it for work reasons. Cheers! Mark

In previous years it has been a somewhat moveable feast, presumably depending on availability. We've had it as late as mid-October and as early as August before now. Probably late August is normally ideal? Others might say different though.

I would say 80 to 100 have attended previous ones? Others can correct me if I'm wrong.

Need to remember a lot of them were - Ex forumers , guests of ex forumers , GM etc

Forum people you are looking at around 20 max
