Welcome on board. The vital statistics we want to know are:-

1. Do you have a spares room for a visitor, the wife and the 4 kids?
2. Do you have a swimming pool?
3. Do you bake your own bread, and make your own cheese.
4. Do you overlook a vineyard on one side and your golf course on the other.
