Heat Pump Tumble Dryers

We have a Baumatic tumble drier that is just over 3 years old. The warranty was 3 years for labour and 5 years for parts plus an extra year if registered ( which we did)

The plastic door release handle snapped off before Christmas and guess what - the parts are obsolete and can't be found by Hoover/Candy ! You couldn't make it up ??

If you give a model number, I can see if I can find anything

I just set in for a time.

That isn't the best way to use the dryer. The sensors I'm afraid are better at knowing when the clothes are dry than you
What you shouldn't be doing is opening the door to "see how dry the clothes are". That is the best way to upset the machine.

Ah see we use the mix load function..

It then judges for us .. much easier

Lord forbid I should upset the machine. I wouldn't want SkyNet to come after me.
I've just found that the time-thing works best for us. We only ever machine dry socks, underwear, and towels anyway.
Everything else gets air dried on a rack.

See we are terrible we Tumble everything even in the summer lol

Thanks for your kind offer. I have located the plastic handle and bought one, the other bits, if I need them, are on Amazon I found out yesterday. It seems like they are putting it to resolution to discuss a deal to replace the drier so I shall see what they come up with. I'll shout if i need any advice but thanks again ??

So I checked with wife. Tumble started 7am this morning when she got down

Load 7 is about to go in .. so even if that took 2 hours to dry that would be 7 loads in 12 hours

That isn't bad for heat pump
