Have Directors of Primera been fraudulent?

So the Dutch low cost airline went bankrupt last evening but was taking bookings and money up until 17:00hrs yesterday.

Given that the Directors must have been virtually certain (to coin a phrase) or known they were about to declare insolvency I'd have thought it was fraud to carry on taking money.

I'd be pretty peed off and I'd be tempted sue the directors personally for taking cash while knowing I would be shafted- perhaps in a small claims court where the burden of proof is lower.

They should go after their directors and officers policy which they should have in place.
